SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Status : Open
ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Assist with Supervising, delegate, administer activities of the office staff at various branches.
- Report to President as required regarding daily activities at all locations.
- Liaise with all department heads at all company locations as required.
- Liaise with outside financial institutions, insurance companies, suppliers, customers, service bureaus, government agencies, accountants, lawyers, computer programmers/technicians, and other outside solicitations.
- Assist in Conducting all A/R and A/P reviews monthly or as required.
- Prepare complete written reviews with all staff on an annual or semi-annual basis.
- Assist in Conducting meetings with office staff to prepare weekly “To do List”
- Assist in Conducting formal review meetings with all office staff annually or semi-annually.
- Assist in interviewing and recruiting of office staff personnel.
- Approve and/or order all office supplies, equipment, and services as required.
- Liaise with U.S sales reps on issues such as: computer hardware and software, insurance, Employment agreements. Telephone connections etc.
- Assist in Preparing monthly financial statements for all locations by 15th of the month for the President.
FINANCIAL:
- Assist in Preparing sales reports, statistical results for all companies, and commission reports for sales reps, and sales agents on a monthly basis.
- Assist in Preparing bank reconciliations for all companies on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and maintain all bank accounts for all companies including balances, transfers, loans and lines of credit.
- Assist in Reviewing and /or preparing all government remittances as per due dates including: GST, PST, DAS, WSIB, EHT.
- Assist in Reviewing and/or preparing annual report summaries for EHT, T4’s, and WSIB
- Assist in Preparing reports for Statistics Canada (Annual Manufacturing Survey, Monthly Sales) and other government agencies and services (as required)
- Jointly prepare complete set of accounting year-end working papers for corporate Chartered Accountants annually for all companies. (3-month project)
- Assist in Conducting annual bank manager’s review meeting with Royal Bank and liaise with bank personnel as required
- Prepare written and verbal financial statement analyses for Mgt. as required.
- Prepare customized graphs and charts of sales statistical analysis for Mgt.
- Arrange for additional capital for fixed asset purchases either through financing or leasing.
- Coordinate and or assist in preparation of S.R.E.D. rebate programs
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience required.
- Computer literacy a must, especially word and Excel.
- Business Vison Software experience is required.
- Leadership skills required.
- Excellent organization, communication skills plus good decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree (Must)

GENERAL LABOUR ASSEMBLER

We are a leading exhaust fan manufacturer currently looking for a General Labour / Assembler to work in our sheet metal fabrication plant facility located in Brampton ( Dixie Rd and Steeles Avenue area ).
Job Description:
- Performs daily machine check and startup of machine or equipment.
- Reviews Work Order instructions with Production Supervisor and/or Plant Manager for production requirements.
- Retrieves or receives Work in Progress from Spot Welding department.
- Assemble fans, blades, blowers, exhaust fans using small hand tools.
- Tests – check motors and completed fans, etc. for operational readiness.
- Directs finished product to Shipping department or to stock in warehouse.
- Reports to Plant Manager or Production Supervisor re: daily work routine, Problems, further direction and necessary requirements.
Requirements:
- Basic power tools and assembly experience.
- Basic computer knowledge would be an asset.

We are a leading exhaust fan manufacturer located in Brampton (Dixie Rd. and Steeles Avenue area) looking for an experienced Jr. Mechanical Assistant/Product Development and Testing Technician to work with our engineering team.
Skills:
- Ability to work with our engineering team on Research & Development projects.
- Able to test various samples / products that have to be CSA & UL approved.
- Able to read and prepare 2D / 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Fusion 360 and Rivet program.
- Previous experience with laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Prior 2-3 years of experience in HVAC product development is necessary.
- Must have a strong work ethic and be able to take instructions from our managerial and supervisory staff and interact well with co-workers.
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility and environment.
- Must be able to read and understand written instructions and have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Mechanical engineering degree / diploma.
- Solid Works, AutoCAD, Fusion 360 experience would be an asset.

- Set-up proper tooling in machine as required.
- Programs computer attachment for required machine production.
- Directs finished Work-in-Progress to Assembly or Shipping area.

Requirements:
- CNC related Diploma or strong mechanical background

We are a leading commercial and industrial fan manufacturer located in Brampton (Dixie Rd. and Steeles Avenue area). We are currently looking for a Spot Welder / General Assembler.
Skills Required:
- Performs daily machine check and startup of machine or equipment.
- Reviews Work Order instructions with Production Supervisor and / or Plant Manager for production requirements and directs finished product to Shipping department or to stock in warehouse.
- Must have some experience and skill as a Spot Welder. (No Mig or Tig Welder please)
- (Initial training will be given).
- Must demonstrate good work habits and interact well with others in a busy work environment.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions from Supervisors or lead hands.
- 4-5 years experience would be an asset.
Requirements:
- Some basic power tools and assembly experience.
